Leadership Essentials
This workshop demonstrates our remote-first approach with three lessons that form our “Leadership Essentials” program. These are the foundational lessons for development and learning in all future LOL modules. Participants gain experience with tone, body language, and motivation as they identify and build their authentic leadership style.

Sean “The Engineer”
Steph “The People Person”
Sean speaks ‘engineer’ and for decades has led technical teams through continuous improvement efforts using tools like Lean and Agile. He considers himself a student of comedy, which comes in handy in his other roles as cheer dad, University teacher, writer, and podcaster.
Stephanie speaks ‘HR’ and for over a decade has been a trusted partner for new and experienced leaders around the globe. She too is a fan of comedy—when she’s not chasing after two young children or renovating a one hundred year old Colonial home in rural Wisconsin.
