Performance management isn’t as easy as just checking to see if people did what they said they’d do. Differentiating performance is necessary to determine who needs special recognition and who needs a little extra help.
The goals are set, the differentiators are defined, now it’s time to measure performance. This can be tricky when task results are evaluated subjectively, but in this lesson you’ll learn some strategies for measuring just about anything.
